Chief Financial Officer - Financial Planning & Strategy

Job Description :

Strategic Leadership :

- Provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board regarding profitability, market expansion, and product line performance.

- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with long-term company goals in the regional markets.

Governance & Planning :

- Conduct of Board Meetings : Ensuring, organizing and supporting board meetings.

- Lead the annual budgeting, lead mid-term business planning based on business targets and objectives followed by rolling business plan.

- Forecasting and financial modeling processes, accounting for currency fluctuations and inflationary impacts.

Operational Finance :

- Stakeholder Management.

- Working Capital Management.

- Banking Relationships : Develop and maintain strategic relationships with domestic and international banks to ensure competitive financial structures.

- Optimising Cost Operated : Drive enterprise-wide cost optimization initiatives through zero-based budgeting, value engineering and strategic vendor renegotiations to improve operating margins without compromising quality or production timelines.

- Capital allocation towards business expansion based on business case, availability of resources and ROI.

- Foreign Exchange (Forex) Management.

- Perform comprehensive risk analysis, interest rate volatility and market demand fluctuations.

- Develop and implement financial procedures to improve operational efficiency and cost management.

Team Development :

- Develop a structured learning program for team members.
