Chief Financial Officer - Financial Controller - Capital Market

Description:

- Managing end to end Finance responsibility covering Financial Accounting and Reporting, Investment Operations, Corporate Direct and Indirect Tax and Group MIS and Financial reporting.

- Analysing P&L and Balance Sheet variances on monthly basis.

- Handling direct taxation matters such as TDS deduction, payment and filing, Annual Income Tax return filing, tax Audit.

- Handling Indirect taxation matters such as GST Billing, Input credit recon, monthly and annual return filing etc.

- Handling Accounts payable and receivable.

- Treasury Management

- Management of Audits and oversight on audit issues.

- Handling the oversight of group entities account and special matters from time to time.

- Working on Automation & Improvisation of the of accounting software currently implemented in the organization.

- MIS and presenting periodic reports and Business Analytics.

- Oversee & ensure that all regulatory requirement is been compliant relating to Finance and Accounts function.

- Stakeholder management where stakeholder can be members internally or members across various committees viz. Audit Committee, Board etc.

- Handling of CSR matter

- Handling formation and implementation of Policy and Process Manual, budget finalization and financial planning
