Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Global Operations

Location: Mumbai

Industry: EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), Renewable Energy

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS)

Experience: 22+ years in finance and accounts with extensive exposure to corporate finance, governance, and cross-border operations. Prior experience as a CFO in a listed or global EPC/Infrastructure company is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

- Collaborate with the Board to define and deliver on P&L objectives and long-term business strategy.

- Develop and execute financial strategies for capital raising and optimal capital structuring.

- Lead enterprise-wide financial transformation and digitalization initiatives.

- Build a globally aligned financial structure to balance risks and rewards effectively.

Financial Operations & Governance

- Take full ownership of the organizations P&L, financial reporting, commercial operations, and funding activities.

- Design and implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.

- Lead treasury, taxation, and corporate secretarial functions at the group level.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and periodic reforecasting.

Capital Raising & Investor Relations

- Lead capital-raising efforts (debt and equity) to support strategic expansion.

- Foster strong relationships with investors and ensure transparent and timely reporting.

- Prepare investor presentations, board updates, and performance analysis reports.

M&A and Corporate Structuring

- Drive mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructuring efforts aligned with strategic growth.

- Oversee financial due diligence, valuation, and integration processes.

Leadership & Growth Enablement

- Lead and mentor the finance team to build high-performance capabilities.

- Strengthen functional leadership across finance, accounts, treasury, and corporate governance.

- Design and implement scalable financial systems and structures to support future growth.
