Qualification and Experience:
Chartered Accountants (CA) with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC industry is mandatory.
People with CS qualification will have an added advantage.

The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, intelligent and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to be a true business partner to the CEO. This is not a back-office role - the CFO will sit at the heart of the business, co-driving strategy, enabling growth, and ensuring that the financial architecture of the company is as strong and agile as its project execution capability.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Finance & Business Partnership:
- Serve as the CEO's strategic partner - co-own the business plan, growth targets, and organisational P&L
- Provide financial insight and business intelligence that drives sharper decision-making across operations, bids, and investments
- Lead financial modelling and scenario planning for new project pursuits, capital allocation, and business expansion
- Represent the CFO function in leadership
Financing, Funds & Banking Relationships:
- Own the company's financing strategy - working capital, project finance, bank lines, and capital structure
- Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit agencies
- Structure and negotiate debt facilities, term loans, and LC/BG arrangements suited to EPC project requirements
- Manage fund flows across projects to ensure liquidity, avoid cost overruns, and optimise cash conversion cycles
Financial Accounting, Controls & Compliance:
Project Finance & EPC-Specific Financial Management:
- Work closely with project and operations teams on bid financials, billing milestones, retention recovery, and variation claims
- Monitor project-level profitability and flag cost deviations early for corrective action
