Qualification: CA (Mandatory)

Experience : 18 years in Finance Leadership roles with at least 5 years as CFO / Finance Head / Senior Finance Leader

About the Role:

The ideal candidate is a strategic finance leader with extensive experience in financial planning & analysis, fundraising, treasury management, taxation, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall finance function including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Audit, and Compliance.

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting processes.

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and senior leadership team.

- Oversee fundraising activities, debt management, working capital optimization, and capital allocation.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, taxation, and corporate governance requirements.

- Lead risk management initiatives and strengthen internal controls across the organization.

- Support M&A activities, business expansion initiatives, and strategic investments.

- Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and financial operational excellence.
