CFO - Delhi (Tech enabled Environment Services Company)
We are looking for a creative and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with an array of expertise in capital market transactions and financial leadership, especially in the preparation and execution of initial public offerings (IPOs). In order to support long-term business growth and compliance, the CFO will be in charge of overseeing investor relations, corporate governance, financial strategy, and the development of strong systems.

Strategic & Financial Leadership:
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board to support decision-making.
- Drive business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
IPO Preparation & Execution:
- Lead the company's IPO journey, including financial due diligence, valuation, regulatory filings, and coordination with investment bankers, legal counsel, and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, SEC, and stock exchange regulations (as applicable).
- Design robust internal controls, governance practices, and disclosure frameworks to meet public company standards.
- Manage the drafting of prospectus, investor presentations, and roadshow materials.
Financial Operations:
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and audit practices.
- Drive cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and operational excellence.
Investor Relations & Fundraising:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, regulators, and financial institutions.
- Act as the company's financial spokesperson during investor roadshows, quarterly calls, and public communications.
- Manage capital raising initiatives beyond IPO, including debt and equity financing.
M&A:
- Lead end-to-end mergers & acquisitions including strategy, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, funding, integration, and stakeholder management to drive financial growth and value creation.
