Role Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer based in Gurgaon, you will serve as the primary architect of the company's financial strategy, steering the organization through complex fiscal landscapes to drive sustainable growth. You will partner closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into robust financial roadmaps. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the entire finance function, from capital allocation and treasury management to rigorous risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis process to provide the executive team with actionable insights that drive profitable decision-making.

- Direct corporate treasury and tax strategies to optimize liquidity, manage capital structures, and ensure full compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.

- Spearhead M&A activities and inorganic growth initiatives to expand market footprint and enhance shareholder value.

- Oversee comprehensive financial reporting and audit functions to maintain the highest standards of integrity and transparency for stakeholders and investors.

- Cultivate strong relationships with the investor community and financial institutions to secure funding and maintain favorable market positioning.

- Implement enterprise-wide risk management protocols to protect company assets and ensure business continuity across all operational verticals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in steering financial operations, with a proven track record of managing complex P&L responsibilities for organizations of significant scale.

- Exceptional ability to communicate intricate financial narratives to non-financial stakeholders, including the Board and external investors, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.

- Strong proficiency in navigating the intersection of corporate finance, taxation, and legal compliance within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Advanced analytical mindset combined with the leadership maturity required to mentor high-performing finance teams and foster a culture of accountability.

- Professional qualification such as CA, is preferred to support the technical rigor required for this leadership level.

- High degree of adaptability to an on-site work environment in Gurgaon, maintaining a hands-on presence to drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

- Exposure working in Engineering, Metal, Tyre, Rubber or Automotive or Auto Component industry with Min turnover of Rs 500 CR
