Having recently institutionalized its shareholding pattern through investment from marquee public market investors, the organization is committed to a strategic roadmap aimed at achieving a revenue milestone of Rs 500cr, culminating in a planned Initial Public Offering (IPO) within the next 3 to 4 years.

- The Mandate In anticipation of this transition, the company is seeking a finance professional to join executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer.

- The incoming CFO will be entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of the finance organization. Beyond the fundamental management of accounts, audit, taxation, and treasury, the role demands the institutionalization of robust financial controls and risk management frameworks.

- A significant portion of the mandate involves enhancing operational efficiencies through rigorous cost analysis and optimizing working capital to support ambitious expansion plans. Furthermore, the CFO will serve as the primary liaison for investor relations and banking partnerships, ensuring that the company's financial narratives and compliance standards remain beyond reproach.

- Professional Profile The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a career spanning 15 to 20 years, characterized by leadership roles within the manufacturing or engineering domains.
