Chief Financial Officer - Education

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Reporting to: Founders Office - DIMOIS Group

About DIMOIS Group

Role Overview:

The CFO will oversee the entire financial strategy, governance, and compliance of DIMOIS Group, ensuring financial efficiency across multiple institutions. The CFO will be responsible for long-term financial planning, compliance in both India & Saudi Arabia, and providing financial insights to the Founders Office for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement financial strategies for all group companies: Dojox, DIMOIS Institute, DIMOIS Training Institute, and AIMER B-School.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

- Build a strong financial reporting system with regular dashboards for the Founders Office.

- Ensure compliance with Indian & Saudi tax and audit regulations.

- Manage banking, investments, and fundraising activities for expansion.

- Drive cost efficiency and resource optimization across institutions.

- Partner with COO and institutional heads to align financial and operational strategies.

- Conduct financial due diligence for new ventures and partnerships.

- Build strong relationships with auditors, investors, and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA/CPA/CMA or MBA Finance.

- 4+ years of progressive leadership in finance, preferably in education, training, or multi-venture companies.

- In-depth knowledge of international finance compliance (India & GCC).

- Expertise in capital management, funding, and financial planning.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- High integrity, transparency, and ability to operate in a founder-driven environment.
