Looking for CFO for an Indian Education Company, leaders in their segment and based at New Delhi having strong presence across Pan India.  Job Description : CFO (Includes Legal and Admin functions)   Key Responsibilities :  - To provide objective and analytical insight on financial impact and soundness of business decisions to the Management and Board of Directors.   - To identify key financial measures and set up monitoring systems to ensure that the desired targets are achieved.   - To lead and give valuable inputs in the budget planning activity for the organization.   - To ensure maintenance of effective and up-to-date Financial MIS in order to supply interim analytics to various business groups/functions on Business Results, Product and Customer Costing, outstanding, inventory status and Profitability Analysis etc.   - To direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.   - To review reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate .  - To provide financial inputs for new business ventures and deal restructuring ( M&A)   - To study long-range economic trends and project company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share, opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas, estimate requirements for capital, land, buildings, and increase in the work force .  - To supervise investment of funds, work with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for expansion.   - To plan compliance and regulatory requirements through audits, risk assessment and regular controls.   - Manage the legal ( regulatory and judiciary) function along side.  Functional Competencies & Proficiency Standard Required :  Accounting, Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting : Expert   Legal provisions and Auditing : Expert   Corporate Taxation & Regulatory ( Direct & Indirect) :Expert   Treasury : Expert  Company Secretariat : Expert   M&A, Capital restructuring / financing : Expert  Desired Qualification :   - MBA - Finance  - CA
