Role Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function and drive financial strategy, governance, capital management, and operational efficiency. The role will be responsible for fundraising, IPO readiness, treasury, equity management, financial operations, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall financial strategy and management of the organization.
- Drive fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.
- Lead IPO readiness, financial planning, due diligence, and execution activities.
- Oversee global treasury operations and international payment gateways.
- Manage share capital, equity structures, and related corporate actions.
- Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Establish strong financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
- Oversee foreign exchange management and international financial transactions.
- Drive financial reporting, annual reports, and management reporting.
- Partner with the leadership team on strategic business and investment decisions.
- Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring operational excellence and financial discipline.
