Qualifications:

- Experience: 15+ years in progressive financial leadership roles, with experience in D2C, e-commerce, or retail sectors

- Proven experience in building and leading digital-first finance teams with minimal people dependency

- Track record of successfully preparing for and executing an IPO, including public market financial reporting and governance

- Expertise in digital finance tools, ERP systems, and AI-enabled insights platforms

- Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and audit processes (BIG4 experience preferred)

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
