Chief Financial Officer cum CIO

Role Overview

The CFO-CIO will serve as a strategic partner to the Principal and Board, overseeing both financial leadership and investment management functions. This dual-role executive will drive financial strategy, governance and compliance while leading investment strategy, portfolio performance and asset allocation aligned with the family's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership (CFO Functions) :

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with family objectives

- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management and long-range forecasting

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance across India, US, and Europe

- Lead estate planning, tax optimization, and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies

- Manage CIC , NBFC and ensure accurate & timely RBI & FEMA Compliances

Qualifications & Experience

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution

- Proven experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services

- Strong command of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and portfolio analytics

- Deep understanding of Indian financial regulations, fund structures, and investor reporting norms

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Tech-savvy with exposure to ERP systems, BI tools, and automation platforms

- Proven track record in managing large portfolios and leading financial operations.

- Deep understanding of Indian and global financial markets, tax laws and regulatory frameworks.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.

- High integrity, discretion and ability to work closely with Ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI)
