Ability to lead while being hands-on ( A cross between strategy and tactics). 2. IT Staffing company experience. 3. US GAAP experience. Responsibilities: - Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts. - Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities. - Handle reporting to summarize current and projected company financial position. - Prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to monthly closing. - Advise members of the senior management on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow. - Defining and executing world class accounting and financial reporting practices, internal controls, and adherence to GAAP. - Annual external audit preparation and oversight. - Coordinate activities of external auditors. - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and tax reporting. - Streamline processes and software solutions, making efficiency improvement for real-time decision making.
