Chief Financial Officer - Consumer Tech Series C Startup - CA

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

- Drive fundraising efforts and investor relations (equity)

- Build robust financial systems, internal controls, and reporting frameworks

- Monitor key metrics, analyze variances, and enable data-driven decisions

- Ensure statutory compliance, audit, and governance readiness

- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives

Requirements:

- CA qualified with 15+ years of experience

- Equity fund raise experience is a must

- Proven experience in a finance leadership role, startup or scale up experience is a plus

- Strong understanding of business finance, investor reporting, and financial modelling

- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment
