This is about an opportunity as CFO for one of our client into oil and gas industry who will be responsible for :  - Treasury operations - fund raising domestic & International and FX derivatives  - IPO Process/listing requirements   - Strategy planning, costing, budgeting & Control and introducing systems to effectively manage costs and contribution  - Direct and indirect taxation   - Managing institutional relationships and conducting financial negotiations to procure project funding and working capital  - Merger & Acquisitions activities in various capacities   Required :   CA with 20+ years of experience post qualification, should have worked with big names in oil and gas industry/infrastructure industry.  Ideally should be working at a capacity of Chief Finance Officer or heading finance function.  Education : CA is mandatory   Experience : 20+ years   Shibba Sharma
