Indicative Job Requirements:  - 10 - 20 years of workex  - CA qualification  - Candidate having worked with firms in finance sector would be preferred  - Good written as well as oral communication skills  - Highest level of professional and personal honesty, integrity and ethics  - Experience of managing banking and investor relationships  - Ability to take independent decisions in line with company's policies and procedures  - Ability to lead a team  - Flexibility to travel based on requirement of work  - Role would be based in Mumbai  Indicative Job Responsibilities:  - Arrange debt and/or equity funds for investments in subsidiaries as well as for future acquisitions  - Lead and manage the company's relationships with banks  - Assist in representing the company with investment banks and investors in case of acquisition / sale / mergers / demergers etc.  - Coordinate preparation of financial budget and financial forecast  - Prepare and present periodic financial statements (monthly / quarterly / annual) including variation of actuals from budget, to the management and Board  - Closely monitor cashflow for businesses and highlight observations to the management  - Invest excess funds as per investment policies of the company  - Manage the finance, accounts, taxation and compliance functions of the company  - Coordinate and ensure timely completion of audit process and engage with Board appointed Audit Committee  - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including representing the company in front of the relevant regulators / agencies  - Ensure timely and correct tax filings  - Understand and implement risk mitigation solutions including maintaining appropriate insurance cover  - Document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal control process  - Recommend and supervise the implementation of operational best practices
