Years of Experience:-20-30 Age :-Between 44-58 Years Qualification:-CA Preferred Industry:-Manufacturing/ EPC/Infrastructure/Construction. - Fund raising. - Responsible for Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Direct &amp; Indirect Taxation functions for the entire group. - Raising long term Loans/ Finances from the financial institutions (Multinational/Indian). - Arranging low cost of Borrowing and optimize the fund utilization. - Forex - Streamlining the processes and strengthening the internal control systems - Improving Business MIS reporting in order to bring more focus on cost control, improving productivity and minimizing risks. - Developing a comprehensive Risk Management methodology. - Responsible for Corporate Governance. - Would be Regulating/Monitoring the Total Business - To address Board level issues - Responsible for Growth and Profitability of the Company - Improve the Market Capital. - Making Business Strategy and formulating Business growth - Act as the Face of the Company for Stakeholders and Business Partner.
