Chief Financial Officer - CA/ICWA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

- Responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting

- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan and long-term financial goals.

- Fund Management & Capital Structure: Manage company capital requirements, debt financing, and relationships with financial institutions and investors

- Risk & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act) and manage the corporate risk profile.

- Operational Excellence: Improve financial processes and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy

- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reports to the Board to support informed decision-making.

Ideal Candidate

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. An MBA in Finance from a premier institute or ICWA is highly preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 15 to 20 years in finance, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience specifically as a CFO or Head of Finance in a reputable company based in Coimbatore.

- Deep understanding of the Coimbatore industrial and financial landscape, including local banking networks and regulatory environment.

- Experience in manufacturing and sales accounting highly preferred Experience in Manufacturing, Textile, Engineering, or Large-scale Retail (prominent sectors in the region) is an advantage.

- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or HR One/Payroll integrations) and financial modelling

- Experience in Top management financial reporting mandatory

- Experience handling a fairly large team is mandatory.

- Experience heading finance of organization of 400 to 550 cr.
