Chief Financial Officer for one of India's most leading Hospital at Kolkata  Summary of Requirement :   CA/ICWA qualified & have over 12 yrs. of experience with Finance Management & Accounting includes Business Strategy, Business Turnaround, Budgeting, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Project Finance, Fund Raise, Taxation, Statutory Compliance, Treasury & Cash Management, Risk Management, team management etc.   Preferable talent should be CA qualified with at least 5 years- experience on leadership/Business level with big hospital.   Responsibilities in details :   Candidate would be Responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance on financial planning and budgeting for the group and ensuring accurate, complete and timely preparation of accounting information in compliance with regulatory provisions. Also responsible for the interpretation of financial information and establishing sound internal control procedures for ensuring smooth working of the overall department includes :-  - Responsible for all financial and reporting procedure and internal controls of the department.  - Overall supervision of Payroll, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, MIS and General Accounting functions of the Finance Department.   - Overseeing cash flows to ensure availability of funds as needed and maintaining adequate level of liquidity for the facility  - Ensuring the timely and accurate provisions for various accounts (including cash flow and balance sheet) and presenting the supporting analysis to the senior management  - Ensuring timely preparation of periodic and yearly financial statements as per statutory accounting regulations  - Overseeing all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems on a regular basis and ensuring compliance with required accounting standards and other statutory requirements  - Preparation of annual organizational budget with individual budget grant,co-ordinate all departmental budget, work with all departmental heads throughout the year to ensure that it meet all legal and budgetary requirements.  Behavioral Skills :  Communication, Goals, Problem Solving, Relationship, Learning Environment, Diversity, Change Management, Service Excellence  Desire Skills  Education- Master's degree in said subjects or relevant field & Special Certification recognized accountancy qualifications like CMA/CPA/ACA/ICWA/CFA or equivalent.   Experience :  - At least 12-15 years in a progressive financial and leadership responsibility in a large organization with six years of   supervisory experience.  - Experience in a large healthcare facility(desired)  - Experience in finance in a publicly listed company(desired)  Skills :   - Good communication skills  - Flexible and open minded approach  - Strong negotiation and analytical skills  - Strong computational skills  - Strong financial knowledge
