Located in Bangalore they are currently looking to hire their Head Finance to further their growth plans.  Job Description:  Reporting to India MD and functionally to Group Controller in regional Headquarters, the CFO would be responsible for:   - Overall management of the Finance and Accounting department of the company   - Ensuring the month closing process and ensuring the data reported is correct and compliant   - Ensuring compliance with both local legislation and group procedures   - Overseeing the Company Secretary function and ensuring local compliance   - Ensuring Tax Compliance   - Supporting the Managing Director in the decision making through financial analysis and acting as a business partner to MD   - Budgeting and forecasting and playing a hands on role in the process   - Ensuring any other regulatory compliance which include FEMA,RBI or other as deem fit  Profile  Ideally you are a CA (first attempt preferred) with 15-20 years of experience preferably in a construction/manufacturing company overseeing the entire finance organization.   Ideally you have experience in managing an organization with a large volume of invoices and payables and a proven experience in working as a business partner. You are a problem solver with a hands on approach and attention to detail.
