Chief Financial Officer Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with atleast 2-3 years of experience as CFO or alteast 5-7 years in the Senior Management level handling similar responsibility , with exposure to Board level decisions and implementation. A high level of written and oral communication skill is necessary 1. Budgeting and forecasting company growth and periodic review of the same. 2. Taxation & Regulatory requirements. Good understanding of direct and indirect taxation. 3. Governance, Risk, Compliance under the various statutory provisions. 4. Treasury Operations. 5. Business Support including pricing, contracting, analytical MIS, customer negotiations etc. 6. Managing banking requirements of the company. 7. Managing capital requirements of the company including initial public offering, working capital. 8. Internal financial controls. 9. Financial reporting and accounting, managing and coordinating internal and statutory audits. Exposure to INDAS will be an added advantage. 10. Liaison with statutory authorities. 11. Efficiency and performance improvement of the company. 12. Administrative operations. 13. Any other statutory or regulatory responsibilities relating to finance and accounts. 14. Depending upon company's requirements, might have to supervise /manage other functions too
