Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, compliance, and risk management of MNC. The CFO will provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization and ensure financial strength and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Lead the company's financial planning and strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Drive long-term business growth through financial insights and analysis.

- Provide commercial inputs on key business decisions including investments, partnerships, and expansion.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics in collaboration with business heads.

- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.

Accounting & Reporting:

- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with statutory requirements.

- Supervise consolidation of accounts, audits, and interface with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Treasury & Fund Management:

- Manage liquidity, cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.

- Oversee fund-raising initiatives and financing options for business needs.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards across all financial practices.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks through controls, insurance, and risk strategies.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, and compliance teams.

- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong experience in financial management within service-driven industries (relocation, logistics, fine art, exhibitions).

- In-depth knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

- Proven track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.

- Leadership ability to engage with stakeholders and drive change.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance) or CPA would be an advantage.
