Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy and planning with the CEO.
- Ensure transparency in financial performance, manage financial controls, accounting and tax.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Oversee treasury, cash management, banking, fund raising, borrowing and investments.
- As the Chief Financial Officer based in Chennai, you will serve as the primary financial architect for the organization, steering the company's fiscal health and long-term economic strategy. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and external stakeholders, including investors and banking partners, to translate business goals into actionable financial roadmaps.
- Your day-to-day will involve overseeing complex treasury operations, ensuring rigorous compliance, and leading high-stakes fund-raising initiatives. By providing deep analytical insights and maintaining robust financial governance, you will directly influence the company's growth trajectory, capital efficiency, and overall market valuation.
Candidate profile:
- CA with 15+ years post-qualification experience, 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong in governance, risk management and sourcing and managing funds.
- Listed company experience preferred.
- Team size 10 - 20.
