We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Audit and Compliance to lead the organization's finance function and support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Finance & Accounts, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

- Drive financial strategy, cost optimization, cash-flow and working capital management.

- Manage direct & indirect taxation, audits and statutory compliances.

- Develop and strengthen financial policies, internal controls and accounting processes.

- Oversee Income Tax, GST, Company Law, Import-Export and other regulatory matters.

- Provide strategic financial inputs to senior management for business decisions and growth.

- Lead and mentor the finance team and manage external consultants/BPO partners.

- Ensure strong corporate governance, financial discipline and risk management.

Candidate Profile:

- CA with 10+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

- Proven ability to manage finance functions in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.

- Strong business acumen, integrity and strategic thinking.
