Chief Financial Officer - CA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's finance, treasury, and financial strategy functions. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, optimizing liquidity and working capital, managing financial risks, and developing long-term capital strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and governance of the organization.

- Manage daily cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury operations to ensure adequate funds availability.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other financial stakeholders.

- Develop and implement effective hedging strategies to manage foreign exchange, interest rate, and other financial risks.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate key financial and treasury risks.

- Optimize working capital, cash utilization, and fund allocation across the organization.

- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans, and long-term financial models.

- Lead the development of long-term capital and funding strategies to support business growth.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic objectives and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, and efficient capital utilization.

- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance.

- Establish strong financial controls, policies, processes, and governance frameworks.

- Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team to support business decisions.

- Evaluate investment, expansion, financing, and other strategic opportunities from a financial perspective.

- Lead and mentor the finance and treasury teams, fostering a culture of accountability and financial discipline.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in senior finance leadership roles.

- Proven experience in Financial Management, Treasury Management, and Financial Strategy.

- Strong hands-on experience in cash flow and liquidity management.

- Expertise in working capital optimization and fund management.

- Strong understanding of hedging, financial risk management, and capital structuring.

- Experience developing financial forecasts, budgets, business plans, and long-term financial strategies.
