Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance Leadership:
- Partner with the CEO and Board to define long-term financial strategy.
- Drive business planning, financial modeling, and enterprise value creation.
- Lead strategic decision-making through financial insights and commercial analysis.
Capital Markets & IPO:
- Lead IPO readiness, listing preparation, and public market compliance.
- Manage relationships with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive corporate governance aligned with listed-company standards.
- Build world-class investor communication and financial reporting frameworks.
Mergers & Acquisitions:
- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
- Lead financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.
- Execute strategic partnerships, investments, and inorganic growth initiatives.
Fundraising & Investor Relations:
- Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with institutional investors, PE/VC firms, and financial institutions.
- Present business performance to investors and Board members.
- Drive valuation enhancement initiatives.
Financial Planning & Performance:
- Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, controllership, and compliance.
- Improve business profitability, cash flow, and capital allocation.
- Build scalable financial planning processes across global operations.
Governance & Risk:
- Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and enterprise risk management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across domestic and international operations.
- Lead statutory audits, tax planning, and financial governance.
Business Partnership:
- Partner with Product, Sales, Technology, and Operations leaders to improve business performance.
- Build financial discipline while enabling innovation and growth.
- Develop commercial frameworks for strategic investments and expansion.
What We're Looking For:
- 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Qualified CA (MBA/CFA preferred).
- Experience as CFO, Deputy CFO, VP Finance, or Group Finance Leader in a SaaS, Technology, Product, Internet, or Digital-first company.
- Proven experience leading IPO/listing from preparation through execution.
- Hands-on experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, including deal evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, and integration.
- Strong exposure to fundraising, investor relations, and Board management.
