Chief Financial Officer - CA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership & IPO Execution:

- Lead capital structure strategy, fundraising, and company-wide financial readiness for a public listing (IPO).

- Manage the complete IPO process, liaising directly with investment bankers, legal counsels, merchant bankers, auditors, and regulatory authorities (SEBI/Stock Exchanges).

- Direct the preparation of DRHP/RHP filings, pre-IPO capital structures, financial restructuring, and regulatory disclosures.

2. Governance, Risk & Statutory Compliance:

- Build and institutionalize public-company-level governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

- Direct statutory audits, tax management (Direct & Indirect), legal compliances, and corporate secretarial matters.

- Ensure financial reporting aligns with Ind AS / Indian GAAP and applicable regulatory guidelines.

3. Financial Planning, Analysis & Operations:

- Oversee budgeting, multi-location unit economics, cash flow management, working capital, and long-term financial modeling.

- Drive margin optimization, capital expenditure governance, and ROI tracking for expansion and location rollouts.

- Deliver actionable financial intelligence to executive management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

4. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Governance:

- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, PE/VC firms, equity analysts, and banking partners.

- Prepare and present quarterly/annual financial performance metrics and growth forecasts to the Board of Directors.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Current Designation: Must currently hold a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) title.

- Experience: 15+ years of progressive post-qualification finance leadership experience.

- IPO Track Record: Hands-on experience executing an IPO listing process (from pre-IPO restructuring to successful post-listing compliance) is mandatory.

- Industry Experience: Prior finance leadership in Consumer Retail, Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment, QSR, or Multi-chain services is highly preferred.
