Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification: Professional CA highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum 18+ years of experience in senior financial roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent leadership role.
Industry Knowledge: Candidate from Manufacturing Companies will be preferred.
Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the integrity of financial processes, and driving financial strategy. The CFO plays a key role in managing the company's financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide financial guidance and strategic insights to the CEO and Board.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, investments, and banking relationships.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead debt/equity fundraising and maintain investor and lender relationships.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Manage financial due diligence and integration for M&A and joint ventures.
- Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
- SAP/ERP System Oversight: Oversee the implementation, integration, and effective utilization of SAP/ERP systems to improve financial accuracy, automation, reporting, internal controls, and decision-making.
- Day-to-Day Accounts Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations, including bill booking, invoice verification, transaction recording, journal entries, payments, reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and accounts payable and receivable management.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial risks and optimize financial performance.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
