Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the overall Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Investor Relations, and Financial Planning & Analysis functions of the organisation, ensuring strong financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, sustainable growth and enhance shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

- The CFO will play a critical role in managing relationships with regulators, auditors, investors, rating agencies, and other external stakeholders, while ensuring robust financial controls, governance standards, and risk management practices.

- A key aspect of the role will be to support the Banks growth agenda through effective capital planning, profitability management, and the development of a scalable financial framework aligned with the Banks long-term business objectives.
