Role Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer based in Kolkata, you will serve as the primary financial architect for the organization, steering the companys fiscal health and long-term economic strategy. You will partner closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies, to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage comprehensive investor relations and lead the IPO readiness process, ensuring the organization meets the highest standards of public market compliance.

- Oversee all aspects of taxation, internal audit, and risk management to safeguard the companys assets and ensure seamless regulatory adherence.

- Drive P&L accountability across business units by implementing robust financial analysis frameworks that identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth levers.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial ecosystems, including strategic finance, budgeting, and large-scale capital restructuring for organizations with 18 - 30 years of experience.

- Proven ability to communicate complex financial narratives to diverse stakeholders, including institutional investors, board members, and executive peers.

- Advanced proficiency in navigating the regulatory landscape, specifically regarding IPOs, corporate governance, and multi-jurisdictional taxation.

- Strong leadership presence with a track record of building and scaling high-performing finance teams in a fast-paced, on-site corporate environment in Kolkata.

- Exceptional analytical rigor, typically supported by a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
