We are urgently looking for an energetic CFO for one of our New Age Technology Client (Listed) in Mumbai.

Experience: 18-25 years of experience in Financial Control, Internal Control, FP&A, M&A, Investors Relation from new-age, technology platform, internet, digital, SaaS, consumer-tech or venture-backed businesses. Experience in Listed entity is must.

About the Role:

The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function across the global portfolio of businesses and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Group Finance & Consolidation:

- Lead financial reporting across 40+ entities.

- Manage complex multi-country consolidations.

- Strengthen financial governance and controls.

Listed Company Experience:

- Act as CFO of a publicly listed company environment.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, board reporting, governance, and audit oversight.

Mergers & Acquisitions:

- Evaluate, structure, and execute acquisitions.

- Drive integration of acquired businesses.

- Support portfolio optimization and strategic investments.

Investor Relations:

- Lead interactions with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.

- Drive earnings communication and market disclosures.

- Build investor confidence through transparent financial storytelling.

Strategic Finance:

- Partner with business leaders across global entities.

- Support capital allocation decisions.

- Drive profitability and growth initiatives.

Transformation & New-Age Business Environment:

- Operate effectively in a fast-scaling technology-led organization.

- Understand digital businesses, Technology, SaaS, subscriptions, platforms, and emerging AI-led operating models.

- Drive automation and efficiency across finance operations.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Current or prior experience in a Listed Company is Must.

- Strong experience in managing multiple entities and consolidations.

- Demonstrated experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.

- Strong Investor Relations exposure.

- Experience working with new-age, technology, platform, internet, digital, SaaS, consumer-tech, or venture-backed businesses.

- Ability to manage globally distributed businesses and stakeholders.
