Chief Financial Officer - CA

Description:

Technical / Functional:

- Accounting: Ind AS with extensive hands on experience.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Budgeting, Forecasting, Scenario modeling

- Treasury & Cash Management: Working capital, Debt/Equity, Forex

- Taxation: Corporate tax, GST, MAT, transfer pricing

- Cost & Asset Management: COGS optimization, CAPEX planning, asset capitalization

- Compliance Internal audit, COSO framework, Board reporting

- Knowledge of Corporate & Company Law including Companies Act, SEBI, RBI regulations

- Industry Exposure to manufacturing, metals, recycling, trading

- Investor Relations: PE / IPO preparation, valuations, due diligence

Strategic:

- Investment evaluation, capital allocation, M&A, PE / IPO readiness

- Strong network with banks, fund raising capabilities and Liaison with PE players

Leadership & Interpersonal:

- Team leadership, mentoring, delegation

- Board & investor communication

- Stable temperament and conflict resolution

Key Attribute Checklist:

- Mandatory experience in Manufacturing industry,

- Total experience of 18-25 years with at least 6 years of experience as CFO or Head Finance in organization

- Varied experience in both large conglomerates, smaller companies, promoter driven companies where challenges in finance department are varied.

- Max age 45-50 years

- B.Com (Hons/Regular) only from tier 1 colleges + mandatory CA

- Strong communication skills, ability to fund raise, strong relationship with bankers and PE players

- Experience in SAP of minimum 5 years

- Stability in past companies (Not changed more than 4-5 Companies in entire career)
