Role Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be the financial steward of the organization, responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic financial leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy and planning, with a proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

- Proficient in budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to develop accurate financial projections and analyze variances to identify areas for improvement.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements, including GST, audits, and compliance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
