Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance)

Experience: More than 15 years in Industry/Practice

Primary Purpose of the Role: -

- Overseeing the entire finance/Accounts spectrum.

Financial Operations:

- He / She should be capable to lead/ build the Accounts/ Finance/ Taxation/ Banking team as a mentor.

- Developing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, and advising on long-term financial strategy.

- Present the management the periodical financials (stand alone and consolidated) of the company and its associates as per statutory/management/banker's requirements.

- Keep a check on cash flows of each and every project and guide the management to take a appropriate decision in the same.

Audit Management:

- Lead all statutory, internal, and external audits, coordinating with auditors and the Audit Committee of the Board.

- Co-ordinate with the consultants of the company for various statutory compliances and preparation of data for submission to them.

- Regular interaction with the top management and fulfill the requirement related to finance team.

- Lead the banking/finance team for compliance to raise funds.

- Co-ordinate with Bankers on a regular basis.

- Co-ordinate with Company Secretary (In house and external) for statutory compliances of the company and associate companies/LLPs.

- Advance tax calculation and payment on due dates.

- Calculation of CSR liability and ensuring payment of the same before the due date.

- Co-ordination with tenders department for compiling of information required for tender bidding.

- Arrange for the certificates of the auditor for submission at the time of tender bidding.

- Calculation of monthly TDS to be deducted from the salaries of the employees and sharing the same to HR team on a monthly basis.

- Co-ordinate with various departments of the company to resolve any problem areas related to accounts.

- Carry out various approval activities as per matrix set in SAP.

Key Challenges:

- Should have knowledge of working in SAP environment.
