Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: North Delhi

CTC: Up to 50 LPA

Qualification: CA (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function for an owner-driven business.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar setup, and the ability to partner closely with promoters to drive growth, profitability, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting

- Work closely with business owners to support strategic decision-making

- Oversee accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and statutory matters

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls

- Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives

- Ensure robust MIS, financial reporting, and performance analysis

- Support expansion, capex planning, and funding initiatives

- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 10 - 20 years

- Prior experience working with owner-driven businesses is mandatory

- Industry exposure to Retail / Hospitality / Similar Consumer-Facing Businesses preferred

- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation

CTC up to 50 LPA, depending on experience and fit
