Key Responsibilities:
1. Incharge of Accounts, Taxation, Costing & Finance Operations of the Company
2. In charge of Budgets finalizations, working capital management, Insurance, & Credit ratings.
3. MIS & other financial reporting as required at Board meetings and AGMs
4. Be part of the various strategic activities like Road Shows, PE dealing, expansion plans
5. Independently handle the Plant Finances & Audits.
6. Forex handling and Treasury management
7. Fund raising
8. Analyse & define risk / reward profile for the new projects and current on-going projects.
Level of Educational Qualifications :-
- Chartered Accountant
- 25+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferably Pharma API company
