Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership & Growth

- Partner with the CEO, Board, and Private Equity stakeholders on financial strategy, growth initiatives, and value creation.

- Lead strategic planning, financial modeling, and cross-border expansion.

- Provide insights on performance, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.

- Private Equity & Investor Relations

- Act as the primary liaison with Private Equity partners and investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.

- Drive initiatives to maximize enterprise value, including capital structuring, debt financing, and M&A.

- Lead fundraising and strategic transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.

- Financial Management & Reporting

- Oversee preparation of accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks across all operating regions.

- Manage financial consolidation for multi-country operations in line with global accounting standards.

- Operational & Commercial Finance

- Partner with business leaders to enhance operational efficiency, margins, and ROI across business units.

- Implement performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.

- Oversee treasury, taxation, risk management, and cash flow optimization.

- Leadership & People

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team across geographies.

- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory) with 15-20 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5+ years as CFO.

- Currently serving as a CFO in a Private Equityowned organization (mandatory).

- Proven multiple geography experience (mandatory).

- Demonstrated track record of partnering with PE firms and delivering enterprise value.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
