About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a well-established and reputed organization in the manufacturing sector, based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial leadership, strong business acumen, and deep industry expertise to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and execution.

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.

- Manage working capital, treasury, and fundraising activities.

- Partner with business leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

- Lead finance transformation, cost optimization, and ERP/automation initiatives.

- Drive governance, risk management, and strategic financial planning.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven experience in leadership roles within manufacturing organizations.

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation, costing, and financial controls.

- Experience in stakeholder management, board interactions, and strategic decision-making.

- Hands-on approach with the ability to work in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
