Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function. The role involves overseeing financial strategy, global operations, compliance, and risk management while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in multi-branch accounting, international financial operations, and regulatory frameworks across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and Management

- Oversee financial operations across international offices and multi-branch structures

- Ensure compliance with global accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP) and local statutory requirements

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

- Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and resource allocation

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness

- Maintain adherence to tax regulations, FEMA, transfer pricing, and other statutory requirements

- Manage cash flows, working capital, and funding requirements

- Mitigate financial risks through strong internal controls and policies

- Collaborate with auditors, regulators, banks, and financial institutions

- Support fundraising, M&A activities, and investor relations

Key Requirements

- CA qualification - Mandatory

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

- At least 5+ years in a leadership / CXO role

- Strong expertise in international financial operations, multi-branch accounting, and compliance

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and cross-border taxation

- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial modeling

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
