Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Location: Indore.

Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors.

Industry: Manufacturing (Must have experience in Manufacturing Industry).

Budget of the position: 45-60 LPA.

Role Summary:

- The CFO will oversee the organization's financial health, strategy, risk management, and compliance.

- The role involves financial planning, fundraising, cost optimization, and stakeholder management to drive business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and internal controls.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Manage fundraising and investor relations.

- Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining efficiency.

- Mentor and lead the finance team.

- Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- Education: CA.

- Experience: 15+ years in senior financial leadership, preferably in manufacturing.

- Expertise: Financial modeling, investment strategies, and risk management.

- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
