Key Responsibilities :

The buck stops with you for:

- Finance Basics Reporting, Controllership, Taxation & Compliance

- Financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Bring Discipline and Rigor to Organisational Goals

- Manage financial risk by developing and implementing robust internal controls and compliance processes.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.

Person Profile :

- CA or MBA from a premier institute with 15 years + Experience

- Experience in a Consumer Internet business- D2C or B2C is essential

- Demonstrated track record in working with CEO / Founders to run a P&L of atleast 200 Crore Rupees

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
