We are hiring a visionary CFO for a fast-growing new-age Automotive OEM startup. This is a rare opportunity to build the financial backbone of a disruptive business alongside top industry leaders and investors.

What You Will Drive

- Define & execute capital strategy and financial roadmap for scale.

- Lead fundraising end-to-end - pitching, negotiations, and closing.

- Build strong investor confidence through clear storytelling & reporting.

- Manage Investor Relations (IR) with transparency and consistency.

- Guide cross-functional teams and support rapid operations on ground.

- Travel for investor meetings & roadshows; drive capital movement.

What We're Looking For

- 12+ years in finance leadership roles.

Mandatory:

- Successfully raised $15M+ in funding

- Prior experience in a startup environment

- Proven expertise in fund raising, financial modelling, investor reporting & term sheet closure.

- Prior exposure to EV, cleantech, or infrastructure sectors preferred (or high interest).

- Currently a CFO or a CFO-1 ready to step up.

- Strong academic credentials (Tier-1/2 preferred).

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
