Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Automobile Industry

Job Summary:
- The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, driving the company's financial performance, managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing financial operations to support business growth.
- The ideal candidate should have deep experience in financial management within the automobile sector, particularly in commercial vehicle dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Provide financial insights to the CEO and leadership team to drive informed decision-making.
- Assess and improve financial systems, policies, and internal controls.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the development of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and take corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct variance analysis to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Working Capital & Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash, receivables, payables, and inventory to optimize working capital.
- Improve cash flow efficiency and reduce financial leakage.
- Implement effective credit control policies and minimize bad debts.
Product Development & Innovation:
- Conduct financial feasibility studies on new products and dealership expansion.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for strategic investments and new business models.
- Allocate financial resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Strategic Planning & Business Expansion:
- Assist in structuring and executing mergers, acquisitions, and divestments.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, dealership expansions, and partnerships.
- Drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement strategies.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, taxation laws, and other financial regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors to complete internal and external audits smoothly.
Risk Management & Treasury Operations:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks.
- Optimize treasury management, including investment planning and debt financing.
- Ensure proper insurance coverage and asset protection.
Tax Planning & Compliance:
- Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance activities.
- Ensure adherence to direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Implement tax-saving strategies to optimize liabilities.
Auditing & Controls:
- Establish robust internal financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage statutory, internal, and external audits.
- Drive continuous improvement in audit processes.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Negotiate and secure favorable financing terms.
- Engage with stakeholders to enhance financial stability and credibility.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Expertise in accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Tally, or equivalent).
- Understanding of automobile dealership financial structures and inventory financing models.
- Competency in capital markets, investment strategies, and debt structuring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools, and dashboard creation.

- Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead finance teams and mentor subordinates.
