Designation - Chief Finance Officer Job Role - CFO will be responsible to perform effective risk management and plan the organization's financial strategy. A CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command. The goal is to protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Job Profile - - Drive the company's financial planning - Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments - Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks - Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and longterm strategic financial objectives. - Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts. - Take a hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system. - Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance &amp; Accounting functions of the organization. - Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, the introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions. - Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. - Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation and reporting to the Company - Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. - Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. - Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure - Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations - Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.) - Manage vendor relationships and payment structures - Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports - Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system - Analyzing cost incurred by each employee in relation to the wealth generated by the respective employee - Analyzing tax implications and delay-free tax payment structures within the given resources. - Conducting monthly/ Quarterly and yearly audits. Candidate Profile - - Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role - Age of the candidate should be 35+ - In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods - Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software - Ability to strategize and solve problems - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and people skills - An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
