Eligibility Criteria: - A graduate with specialisation in Finance & Accounts as a Qualified Chartered Accountant. - Total Job experience has to be in between 15 to 18 years Post CA Qualification. - Job experience from multinational or multicultural set-ups across various industries including Advertising or Creative Agencies & Event Management or Media & Entertainment (M&E) is necessary. Duties & Responsibilities: - Strategic leadership to oversee the financial health of the organization and provide regular information/insights to the management pertaining to the financial viability of the business for the required profitability and cost controls. - Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets, and actual expenditures. - Working closely with MD and CEO, providing strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team, and contributing to the development of company's strategic goals. - Perform annual budgeting, and planning processes, oversee cash flow, cash management, and company audits. - Analysing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice and report the outcome as part of monthly MIS - Project financing from various banks involving work such as deal structuring, project report, credit rating, negotiation of terms and compliance, and disbursement. - Monitoring the treasury function including banking, forex, investments, credit facilities, working capital requirement, liquidity status, etc. - Liaising closely with the heads of business verticals and teams to forecast and analyse revenue performance and trends, budgeting, operating business plans, etc. - Implementing cost management initiatives, monitoring various overheads to achieve maximum cost control, etc. - Maintaining co-ordeal relations with investors, bankers, auditors, and other external stakeholders. - Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with accounting framework and regulatory requirements. - Partnering in commercial negotiation and deal closures with third parties viz. advertisers, agencies, bankers, auditors, insurers, studios, consultants, and other service providers. - Leading, developing, and motivating a team of finance personnel. - Supporting implementation of automation and other digital initiatives for continuous process improvements. - Overseeing internal financial controls (IFC) and maintaining internal controls. - Ensured compliance with all the statutory regulations related to books of accounts. - Assisting in building Marketing strategies and promotional plans - Managing Collections function with rigorous collection push, formation of credit charter, effective SOP, and frequent communication with Clients. Managing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) as per company policy. - Heading a team of on-air Advertisement Log placement and delivering as per customer requirement and accurate and timely billing to customers. - Analysed digital marketing / offline marketing spent and ensured ROI of the campaign. - Preparing, Analyzing, and Reporting Client Profitability along with reasoning for the variance accruing between budgeted and actual figures. - Preparing, Analyzing, and Reporting monthly receivable performance along with the follow-ups for collections with the client and client servicing department. - Coordinating between the client, client servicing, and the legal department regarding issues relating to the agreement. - Collaborating with top management in formulating corporate strategies on corporate-wide Restructuring, Amalgamation, Merger, Acquisition and IPO. Experience & qualification required: - Hands on experience in Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, project cost analysis, controlling, fund management, working capital management, and investments. - Fair exposure in designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, annual reports, and accounts. - An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills with the capability to drive process improvements for enhancing quality & growth. - Raised Funds thru Term Loan, NDC's, working capital limits from Banks, Financial Institutions, Operating leasing Companies, etc. and managing treasury portfolio of over INR 1000 cr, liaising with banks on regulatory compliances. Skill sets preferred: Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounts, M&A and strategies, Fund Raising, Budgeting, Investor relationship, Projections and Valuations, Financial Reporting, Financial Control, Treasury Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), MIS Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Business Finance, Accounts & Audit, Strategic Planning, Business Acumen, Commercial negotiator, etc. Salary Package: For Local Nigerian: USD .......
