Chief Financial Officer

One will be a key member of the India Management team and will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations. The role will encompass a wide range of financial strategy, including budgeting and cost management, cash flow management, financial reporting, fund raising and investor relations, treasury management, taxation, legal compliances and corporate governance

- Oversee the accounting processes to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

- Review and approve consolidated financial statements for the local organisation; coordinate with global and local audit teams.

- Develop & implement financial policies & controls.

- Assess impact of new regulatory and accounting standards within the region and ensure timely adaptation.

- Ensure smooth statutory audit processes and drive timely closure of audit findings across Asia entities.

- Ensure rigorous management of accounts receivable and payable functions across the region.

- Lead & develop Plan controls for monitoring Plant operation performance including cost variances, inventory control, profitability etc. Optimize cost structures by identifying saving opportunities in material. Labour and operations processes.

- Provide Finance guidance for investment projects (CAPEX. OPEX), asset management & capacity planning.

- Work very closely with internal stake holders to ensure strong collaboration between the Finance & other functions.

- Working knowledge of German GAAP is desired, with the ability to navigate local financial reporting and compliance requirements.
