Job Description :

Roles & Resonsibilities :

- Candidate should be CA+CS with 8 to 10 years experience has to be from hospital background Arrange board meeting, circulate agenda, prepare minutes, present and discuss financial statements. Audit and tax oversee accounts and finance team, day to day operational finance of hospital , doctors performance responsible for control systems, internal audit.

- Business review s and pricing. Project feasibility Budgets

- Set up and maintain robust internal controls: design, monitor, and improve control frameworks tailored to Indian and global standards.

- Finance and accounting operations established an effective internal control system in process within the department for better controlling and timely output.

- Finance Controlling, FP&A, Budgeting and forecasting, MIS/financial reporting, Financial Modeling, business intelligence tools, and analytics excel.

- Focusing on Cost control, keeping track of revenue to improve it and finalization of statutory books of accounts, monthly closures activities, detailed revenue and expenses variance analysis between budget and actuals in-depth, identifying areas of concern, and working for improvements.

- Support management on different business proposals, asset acquisitions, P&L variance analysis, project evaluations and its viability, merger preparedness, GAAP conversions, debt restructuring, equity v/s debt analysis along with tax impact analysis, financial reporting and as required from time to time basis.
