Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to serve as the Chief Financial Officer based in Noida, responsible for steering the company's fiscal strategy and long-term economic health. In this capacity, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, overseeing the entire finance function while ensuring robust governance and operational efficiency.

You will lead high-performing finance teams, collaborate closely with cross-functional department heads, and engage with external investors and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead comprehensive fundraising initiatives by engaging with private equity, venture capital, and banking partners to secure the capital necessary for aggressive business expansion.

- Oversee the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process to provide the leadership team with actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and resource allocation.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial operations, with a proven track record of successfully closing funding rounds and managing investor relations.

- 15 - 20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with a deep understanding of scaling financial systems in high-growth environments.
