Chief Financial Officer

Role : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (IPO Filing experience is must)

Reporting To : Managing Director

About the Role :

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance function during a high-growth phase. The CFO will drive financial strategy, governance, profitability, capital management, and IPO readiness while partnering closely with promoters and leadership to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

- Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, compliance, audit, and financial reporting.

- Drive cash flow optimization, working capital management, and financial controls.

- Lead IPO readiness and filing activities, including due diligence and advisor coordination.

- Manage investor relations, board reporting, fundraising, and banking relationships.

- Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

- Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and growth.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance organization.

Candidate Profile :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including a CFO/Finance Head role.

- Must have led or played a key leadership role in IPO filing and listing processes.

- Strong exposure to capital markets, investor relations, fundraising, and corporate governance.

- Proven expertise in FP&A, treasury, taxation, compliance, audit, and financial controls.

- Experience in scaling businesses and building robust finance processes.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with promoters, boards, investors, and external advisors.
